Our residences, the first of the co-living type in France, provide a new type of accommodation in the centre of Nice, just a stone’s throw from the Promenade des Anglais and the sea. The residences are the perfect place to stay for couples, families, groups, business travellers and friends, combining the intimacy and comfort of a hotel room, the freedom of an apartment and the friendliness of living spaces designed to be shared.

Welcome to the heart of Nice in a pedestrian street just a 5 minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais. Like the Club Inn, the Share Inn, the first co-living residence in France, is beautifully decorated, drawing inspiration from Chéret’s works and the hot colours of Nissa la Bella. As a couple, with family or friends, or even for a business trip, our comfortable residence has plenty of spaces to share: lounge, shared kitchen and dining room with individual fridges, microwaves, ice machines, etc.

Our two residences, Yolande and La Loggia, located in Cannes’ Vieux Port at the foot of the historic district of Le Suquet, are ideal for both holidays and business travel. They boast spacious and air-conditioned rooms, studios, and one- an two-bedroom apartments at the heart of the world’s cinema capital.
